I derive the word “SPAMMY” from the word “SPAM” Which means – Sending any form of junk, undesired electronic content. Most often sent in bulk to mail, forums and news groups. Spammy Contents: are those unnecessary, Not requested, unrelated contents that are shared across electronic media for commercial purposes… Spammy Links: are links Shared through electronic media to groups, forums, chat rooms etc… with the intention of promoting certain contents which are not related to the groups or forums they have been posted to. E:g Posting about How To Make Money Online in A News Group that totally focuses on Dating and Marriage… If someone says "Your Post is a Spam", That's a simplest way of telling you that it really doesn’t serve any purpose.

   What You should know about Sharing Posts to Groups on Facebook As fun as it can be to share post to Facebook groups, The C.E.O of Facebook.com ( Mark Zuckerberg ) has placed restrictions to limit the number of post you can share daily. To my own understanding, I believe this is important to enable him promote sponsored posts and other adverts. This is what you get for Violating Facebook Policy by sharing a large Number of post.  If your account is noted to share a large volume of posts to groups daily, it will be restricted from group activities for like a week or a month depending on Facebook terms. That's when you will get a message like the one above stating that you are temporarily disabled from posting to groups.
