How to avoid being temporarily restricted from joining and posting to Facebook groups

What You should know about Sharing Posts to Groups on Facebook

As fun as it can be to share post to Facebook groups, The C.E.O of Facebook.com (Mark Zuckerberg) has placed restrictions to limit the number of post you can share daily. To my own understanding, I believe this is important to enable him promote sponsored posts and other adverts.
This is what you get for Violating Facebook Policy by sharing a large Number of post.
If your account is noted to share a large volume of posts to groups daily, it will be restricted from group activities for like a week or a month depending on Facebook terms.
That's when you will get a message like the one above stating that you are temporarily disabled from posting to groups.

So, In other to prevent this, I suggest you restrict the number of posts you share on Facebook to 5 (five) daily or 10 if your post to groups do  not come daily. Once the restriction is on, All you other posts to Facebook Groups will be marked as Spam and Deleted. After which, you will get a message as shown in the screenshot below.

Hope this Helps! Drop a comment below if you have any question or suggestions and do well to share this Post.
Thanks!
